An independent contractor is a self-employed individual or company, working on contract basis with more control over their work. Regular employees work under an employment contract, enjoying benefits and working closely with their employer. 

You will enter into an independent contractor agreement with a Higherley client. 

This is just a temporary setback! You can always retake the assessment after a cool-off period of 2 months.

Failing a SkillProbe evaluation just means you're still exploring other job options that suit your strengths. This means you can take a different SkillProbe evaluation for a different role at any time! Should you wish to retake for the same role, you can retake it after a cool-off period of 2 months.
